Photosession (people, objects, reportage, food-photo. Not Real Estate!)

Video shooting

When shooting for more than 3 hours, an additional 25$ is paid for each hour of shooting

· Payment for shooting occurs at the end of shooting day
· All photos are edited in Adobe Camera Raw or Lightroom & Adobe Photoshop
· The time when the photos are ready is 5-21 days from the day of shooting (depending on the photographer’s workload)
· We do video editing in Adobe After Effects · The video clip will be ready within 5-31 days from the day of shooting
· All the materials are uploaded via Google drive, also we can use WeTransfer
· Stylist, makeup artist and clothing rental and accessories for models are paid additionally.
The customer assumes the transportation costs, it is negotiated individually depending on the distance of the shooting location.
Real Estate photography
The prices given here are approximate, for a standard amount of work. The amount of work of the photographer & retoucher increases in proportion to the number of spaces in your real estate object, in this case “in absentia” we will be able to name the price only approximately, and the exact amount will be able to say only when we see the amount of work.
Real estate photography (interiors and exteriors) for the web (Booking.com, AIRBNB, social networks, sites, etc.)
We no longer provide such services as one-shot shooting, only panoramas and luxury real estate. We can give you a master class on shooting and retouching real estate photos at your request, the price of the master class is from $50.
Photography of real estate (interiors and exteriors) for advertising, magazines, print, as well as LUX objects requiring magazine retouching. Panoramas
Studio (10-12 retouched photos): $100-120
One bedroom apartment (12-15 retouched photos): $120-150
Two-bedroom apartment (15-20 retouched photos): $150-200
Three-bedroom apartment (20-30 retouched photos): $200-300
and so on, depending on the desired quantity of photos.
Terms from three days to two weeks, depending on the amount of material and the workload of our retoucher, each case is individual and discussed individually.
Photography of commercial real estate: beauty salons, restaurants, cafes, shops, clinics, schools, car services, etc.
The cost of shooting and retouching depends on the amount of work and is calculated in the same way as when shooting for the web, if it is not material for advertising or printing that requires more complicated retouching.
If you need more photos of your property (for example, your apartment has a non-standard layout or a designer interior) or you need to take a photo urgently, this can be done for an additional fee, the amount of the additional payment is discussed individually in each case.
The final payment with the photographer and video operator is made in cash or to a bank card (bank account) at the end of the shooting day. Travel to the location of shooting is paid additionally if it is another city/country.
The drone for aerial photography can only be used under favorable weather conditions.
Filming from a drone can only be carried out in permitted areas, in accordance with the rules of the Civil Aviation Agency of the county.
Photos and videos can be used for publication in our portfolio. If you do not want your material to be used for our portfolio, then the cost of our services for you will increase by 30%.
